The CityLine Children’s Ministry Director creates and leads a thriving kids’ ministry environment where children from birth through 5th grade experience the transforming power of Jesus through engaging, age-appropriate, and memorable spiritual learning experiences. This role also prioritizes equipping and supporting parents and volunteers to actively participate in and reinforce the spiritual formation of the children entrusted to our care. The Children’s Ministry Director effectively communicates and casts vision for the Kids Ministry to families within the church, volunteers, and the broader community.
The Executive Director (ED) of Cityline Care Center provides overall leadership, vision, and management of the organization. The ED is responsible for advancing the mission of equipping the marginalized with resources and opportunities in Jesus’ name by overseeing daily operations, program development, financial stewardship, fundraising, community engagement, and staff/volunteer leadership. The ED reports to the Executive Ministry Pastor with a dotted line to the Cityline Care Center Board of Directors to ensure alignment with strategic goals and sustainability.
The Discipleship and Connections Coordinator supports the discipleship culture and pathway,
connecting people to CityLine. This role will support a culture of disciple-making by helping
people grow from seekers who are lost to mature followers who make disciples of Jesus every
day, everywhere. This role will support the connections ministry in helping people move from
new guests to actively engaged and living out the mission.
The Kids Ministry Coordinator supports and strengthens the Kids Ministry by recruiting, scheduling, and developing the volunteers and serving teams that make Kids ministry possible.
At its core, this is a people-building role. The coordinator is passionate about developing volunteers as disciples, investing in the people entrusted to Kids Ministry so they grow in their faith as they serve.
